As a Call Center Operator at ARDMOR Inc, you will play a crucial role in the success of our window company by engaging with new leads and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives and technicians. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers interested in our window products and services.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering essential information, including their window needs, location, and availability.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for sales representatives and technicians based on lead availability and company scheduling guidelines.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate product and service information to leads, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, appointments, and relevant information using our CRM software.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure that appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary.
Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team-based appointment setting targets and performance goals.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales representatives and technicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and computer applications.
A customer-centric approach and a passion for helping customers.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the home improvement or window industry is a plus.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
