Job Description:
Join our team as a Call Center Virtual Assistant and be the voice of our company. Your primary role will be to assist callers by answering their questions about our products (scripts and information/training provided), directing them to the appropriate departments and providing exceptional customer service while on the phone with them.
Responsibilities:
– Professionally handle inbound calls and assist callers with their inquiries, following provided scripts or utilizing information provided about the company and products
– Direct callers to the appropriate teams or individuals for assistance.
– Ensure a positive and friendly phone interaction, maintaining a high level of professionalism AND enthusiasm
– Record and document caller information and interactions accurately. Report back to a team.
– Collaborate with team members to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
– Excellent internet connectivity for seamless call handling.
– Previous experience in customer service and call center roles.
– Fluent in English with minimal to no accent, ensuring clear and effective communication.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately.
– Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
FULL TIME POSITION. We have full time hours available everyday of the week including weekends. Must be US time, east coast with potential to work on west coast hours as well.
