As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and serve as a Call Center Representative, facilitating appointment setting for our home improvement projects.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts by engaging with potential customers over the phone. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our home improvement services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving targets in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our home improvement services and generate interest.
Engage with leads in a courteous and professional manner, providing information about our products and services.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and availability, and determine their interest in scheduling appointments.
Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to conduct consultations and assessments with potential clients.
Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled appointments, utilizing effective persuasion techniques.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of appointments.
Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
Stay informed about our products, services, promotions, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and data protection laws.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or call center operations preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer preferences.
