As a Call Center Representative at Impact Roofing Media, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, engaging with leads, and scheduling appointments for our roofing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
– Make outbound calls to leads generated through various marketing channels.
– Engage with potential clients in a professional and courteous manner.
– Qualify leads and schedule appointments for roofing consultations.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
– Monitor and track lead data to identify trends and optimize performance.
– Follow up with leads via phone, email, and SMS to ensure timely appointment scheduling.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and lead handoff.
– Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns effectively.
– Forward important messages and escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.

**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
– Great English verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

– Experience in the roofing industry or familiarity with home services is a plus.
