We’re seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a crucial member of our customer support team, the ideal candidate will excel in handling incoming calls from canvassers, ensuring accurate information verification, and efficiently inputting appointments into our system.

Responsibilities:

Inbound Calls:
– Answer incoming calls from canvassers.
– Verify and cross-check information provided by callers.
– Input appointments accurately into the system.

Outbound Calls:
-Make outbound calls to confirm appointments.
-Set minor expectations with clients while scheduling appointments on our representative calendar.

Transfer and Follow-Up:
– Transfer calls to other departments as needed.
-In case of unanswered calls in other departments, initiate email communication to the appropriate department, summarizing the client’s issues or concerns.

Problem-Solving Skills:
– Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
– Multi-Tasking:
– Juggle incoming calls, outbound calls, and data entry while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

Team Collaboration:
– Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and enhance overall service quality.

-Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities within the call center environment.

Time Management:
– Efficiently manage time to meet call volume demands and deadlines.

Technological Proficiency:
– Comfortable using and navigating various computer systems and software to input and retrieve information.

Empathy and Patience:
– Demonstrate empathy towards customers and exhibit patience, especially in challenging situations.

Conflict Resolution:
– Ability to handle customer conflicts and find amicable solutions.

Confidentiality:
– Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and adhere to privacy policies.

Work Schedule:

8 AM to 5 PM EST. However, you must be adaptable to changes if required.

Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong attention to detail for accurate data input.
-Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
-Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
