JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute cold and warm calls to follow up on marketing leads promptly and efficiently.
– Use a provided script to engage potential clients, while also adapting as needed to effectively
communicate and persuade.
– Convert leads into booked and attended appointments.
– Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
– Consistently meet or exceed sales and appointment-setting targets.
– Accurately record calls and appointments in our CRM system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales with a focus on cold and warm calling.
– Strong customer service background.
– Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
– Ability to follow a script while also being adaptable and creative.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems and other related software.
– Fluent in English, spoken and written
– Highly motivated by financial incentives and performance bonuses.
