Main Job Responsibilities:
Sales: Answering incoming calls from potential customers. Sending estimates and quotations to interested clients.
Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
Negotiating terms and closing sales deals. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Fulfillment: Coordinating delivery logistics for units to customers. Arranging for the pickup of units from customers when necessary.
Conducting routine maintenance checks on units to ensure functionality and appearance standards are met.
Managing inventory levels and liaising with vendors to restock as needed.
Proactively identifying and resolving any fulfillment-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Other Assistive Tasks (if applicable):
Assisting in other departments as needed, based on individual skills and qualifications.
Potential tasks could include administrative support, marketing assistance, or operational tasks based on the company’s needs and the employee’s capabilities.
Experiential Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fulfillment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing responsibilities.
Physical ability to lift and move units as required for fulfillment tasks.
Technical Qualifications
Must provide an internet plan.
Laptop Specs must be at least i5, 8GB RAM
