We are seeking a seasoned Call Center Sales Manager with a proven track record of successfully building call center operations from the ground up. As the Call Center Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading our new sales department and call center dedicated to serving clients in the USA.
**Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build a fully operational sales department and call center office from scratch.
– Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for sales representatives and call center agents, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent.
– Create and implement call flow processes, scripts, and strategies tailored to our unique offerings and client interactions.
– Set ambitious performance goals and KPIs for the sales team and drive their achievement.
– Provide hands-on coaching, training, and mentorship to sales representatives to elevate their sales skills and customer engagement.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with the company’s overarching objectives.
– Continuously analyze call center performance metrics, generate reports, and proactively identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
– Leverage your expertise to establish a positive and productive office culture conducive to success.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in building and managing successful call center operations, preferably from the ground up.
– A demonstrated track record of recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.
– Expertise in designing and implementing efficient call flow processes, scripts, and strategies.
– Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in using CRM software and call center tools.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
