The home services industry includes a variety of businesses across a range of segments such as repairs and maintenance, installation and home improvements/design.
Companies within a service industry provide specific products or services that meet a need or are otherwise useful to customers. Unlike manufacturing or production, service industries don’t rely on the sale of goods or physical products. Instead, they deliver essential services to the public.
We are seeking experienced telephone sales professionals who have a track record of closing telephone sales and experience working in a call center environment. This is not a cold calling position! All leads are “hot inbound” and “warm outbound” and our goal is to contact them as quickly as possible to set up an appointment and/or close a sale. Each lead has a established business relationship.
Qualifications
Must be upbeat and positive! Script reading required in the interview!
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Spanish a plus!
Must be familiar and accurate with entering data into a CRM System.
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns while attempting to close on every opportunity to get a sale or appointment.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, warranties and other account items
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve sales processes
3-5 years of experience in call center sales
