We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record of delivering effective training programs that improve call center staff
performance and customer satisfaction. As a Call Center Trainer, you will be responsible for designing,
delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our call center
staff.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Develop and Deliver Training Programs: You will design, develop, and deliver training programs
that enhance the skills and knowledge of our call center staff. This includes creating training
materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
2. Conduct Training Needs Assessments: You will conduct training needs assessments to identify
knowledge gaps and areas for improvement among call center staff. This includes analyzing
performance metrics, observing calls, and gathering feedback from staff and customers.
3. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: You will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by
analyzing performance metrics, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback from staff and
customers. You will use this information to make improvements to training programs.
4. Provide Coaching and Feedback: You will provide coaching and feedback to call center staff to
help them improve their performance. This includes observing calls, providing feedback, and
creating action plans for improvement.
5. Collaborate with Other Departments: You will collaborate with other departments, such as
quality assurance and operations, to ensure that training programs are aligned with the overall
business strategy.
6. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: You will stay up-to-date on industry trends and best
practices related to call center training and make recommendations for improvements to
training programs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in education, training, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in call center training and development
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
