We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Trainer/Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive call center training programs, evaluating the effectiveness of training, providing ongoing coaching and support, fostering a collaborative learning environment, and staying current on solar industry, Real estate and B2B trends. The Trainer/Coach must be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of call center sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

1. Call Center Training for Better Panels, Lifeline and Mapforce:
a. Develop and deliver comprehensive call center training programs for new and existing team members
b. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content, tailored to the needs of the solar call center
c. Assess training needs and customize programs to address knowledge gaps and skill development specific to call center sales techniques

2. Training Evaluation and Improvement:
a. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants and making adjustments as needed
b. Implement training best practices to enhance the learning experience and improve team performance
c. Collaborate with call center management to align training initiatives with company goals and objectives

3. Coaching and Support:
a. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to call center team members during and after training sessions
b. Address specific performance concerns and skill gaps through targeted coaching interventions
c. Foster a growth-oriented learning environment, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement

4. Team Building and Collaboration:
a. Collaborate with call center management, HR, and other departments to ensure cohesive team efforts and ongoing development
b. Organize team-building activities, workshops, or role-play exercises to promote collaboration and skill development
c. Share insights and best practices with the Better Panels team to contribute to overall company success

5. Market Knowledge and Continuous Learning:
a. Stay informed about solar industry, Real estate and B2B sales trends, products, and services
b. Apply new knowledge to enhance training programs and call center team performance
c. Participate in industry events, conferences, or workshops to maintain expertise in call center training and the solar industry

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Proven experience in call center training, sales techniques, and solar industry knowledge
3. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and coach team members
4. Knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
5. Ability to assess training needs and customize programs to address knowledge gaps and skill development
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
7. Strong collaboration and team-building skills
8. Willingness to continuously learn and stay current on solar industry, Real estate and B2B sales trends, products, and services
9. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
