Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Call Centre Agents based in the Philippines to perform cold calling activities. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and securing appointments or sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list.
– Present and explain our products/services to potential customers.
– Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.
– Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
– Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
– Achieve weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
– Provide feedback on call scripts and potential improvements.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
– Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
– Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
– Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
