Call Representative and Sales Person

We are a group of small companies who work in the food business, the food delivery services sector, the jerky distribution sector and the bike sector. Our companies are fairly small and fairly new (mostly around a year or just over) and we are looking for a fantastic new call service representative to help us with our bike business.

In this role you will help customers and make sales calls. Some commission will be applicable to the sales calls when ever sales are generated by you.

As a multi company representative you will spend most of your time on the phone helping customers with queries related to products on our website and queries regarding orders which they have already placed. All of our staff do some data entry and help each other, being an online business there is always some data entry so accuracy is required. In this role, you will also help with calls for the other companies, though they will be far fewer.

We work on Shopify, wordpress and Magento and use a CRM to capture data and make notes.
You must have fantastic english skills for the role.

While the companies are small right now, they are growing quickly and we offer everyone a fair opportunity at increasing their wages and want all of our staff to do well!

We are offering a wage of $185USD bi weekly which will increase with time. As we pay Bi Weekly some months will have 3 payments in them (every 2 fridays is pay day). We have a small team including some other customer service agents from the Philippines, everyone gets along very well and it is important to us that the newest addition to the team is kind and considerate and willing to go the extra mile to help the others on the team also.

** We all work on PST timezeone and it is important that we find the right person to help who is able to work on this timezone also 🙂 Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm including one hour lunch break.
