Overview:

Join LBH, a rapidly expanding force in the land and real estate development sector. We’re seeking a dynamic Land Acquisition Coordinator to spearhead our land acquisitions process. This critical role is the linchpin of our growth, acting as the primary interface with potential leads and driving our expansion forward.

About the Role:

In your capacity as the Land Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be the architect of first impressions, engaging with seller leads and initiating the due diligence process. Your acumen will be pivotal in assessing the viability of new opportunities, negotiating terms, and sealing the deal. Your days will be a blend of high-energy phone interactions, nuanced negotiations, and meticulous administrative duties, including data collection and management. The ideal candidate is a communication maestro, a collaborative team member, and possesses a driven mindset. This role requires the flexibility to make calls outside of conventional hours, including weekends and early mornings or late evenings, as needed to close deals.

This role is a full-time, remote position offering a competitive salary and bonus structure. Primary Responsibilities:

Engage with new leads via phone calls, texts, and emails.
Conduct preliminary property due diligence.
Assess property values and formulate initial pricing strategies.
Maintain persistent follow-up with inbound leads.
Negotiate pricing with sellers and finalize deals.
Ensure contract signing during phone interactions.
Handle administrative tasks and data management.
Requirements:

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Comfort and skill in phone-based lead interactions.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and non-standard business hours, to maximize deal-closing opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with MapRight, Follow Up Boss, Launch Control, Dropbox Sign is advantageous.
Experience in real estate is highly regarded.
