Real Estate Cold Calling and Lead Generation Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Cold Calling and Lead Generation Specialist. As a valued member of our lead generation agency, you will be responsible for contacting real estate agents on behalf of our company, selling our tailored lead generation services, and scheduling introductory and demo calls. Additionally, you will handle incoming leads and follow up to schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound cold calls to real estate agents, presenting and promoting our agency’s tailored lead generation services.
– Manage and qualify incoming leads through follow-up calls and appointment scheduling.
– Communicate effectively with real estate agents, clearly conveying the unique value proposition of our services.
– Maintain accurate lead information and updates in our CRM system.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
– Work during business hours based on the US time zone.
– Perform other related duties as assigned (related to calling).

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in cold calling or lead generation, with a focus on real estate agents.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in managing and documenting leads in a CRM system.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
– Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals.
– Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience and skills.
