THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

We are hiring an Airbnb Virtual Assistant to offer a 5 star Guest Experience from:
– Pre-booking/pre-trip, during their stay and upon check out.
– Your daily tasks will include:
– Responding to guest inquiries
– Vetting guests
– Approving bookings
– Coordinating checking in and out of Airbnb’s
– Troubleshooting guest issues
– Completing guest reviews
– Coordinating with Cleaning & Maintenance teams
– Airbnb Listing Management
– Creating company operations manuals and standard operating procedures.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
– Airbnb Virtual Assistant
– Airbnb Customer Service
– Hospitality Customer Service
– VRBO Virtual Assistant
– Other experience in Hospitality or Travel Guest experience will be considered

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)

The starting rate for this role will be between PhP300-400 Per Hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE
This position is available from As soon as possible
This is a long-term position
Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Monday – Friday 14:00 to 22:00 PST (Vancouver Canada)
You will be available for at least: 40 Hours per week
We will pay you Weekly
