In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of Mouldd, ensuring every artist has a smooth and inspiring experience.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Be the go-to person for our amazing customers! This means managing live chats on Shopify, responding promptly to emails, and actively engaging with our social media community.
Help us build the best possible customer service! You’ll document and refine procedures to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for everyone.
Act as the bridge between our customers and our team. Gather feedback, product requests, and sales data to help us make informed decisions and keep evolving.
Work seamlessly with our warehouse to address order issues and keep things running smoothly.
Bonus points if you’re artistic! We’d love to have someone who understands the creative process and can truly connect with our customers.

Prior experience with chat and email support is a big plus!
