WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
Your role as a Property Management Specialist is critical to the success of our company. You will be the backbone of guest communications. Your other responsibilities include listing optimization, coordination with our cleaning teams, supporting our company in continuous improvement (writing SOPs, procedures, etc.), and other ad hoc operations tasks. Along the way, we will work with you as a team and equip you with the tools, resources, and guidance to succeed and learn new skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in a similar role in the short-term rental industry.
Experience with Ownerrez is essential.
Ability to work with autonomy and ambiguity.
No other concurrent jobs.
COMPETITIVE PAY AND BENEFITS
Full-time position (first 2 weeks is part-time for training, and after that, it will be full-time)
Typical work week will be Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 3PM EDT or EST w/ a 30 minute break
After-hours support: M-F, 1 hour per day (5 hours per week as needed to support guest communication during EST time evening)
Weekend hours: 5 hours per week as needed for booking requests and supporting guest communication
Anything beyond 5 hours for the weekend qualifies for overtime at 1.5x the hourly rate
$640USD/month, at a rate of $4USD/hr and $6USD/hr for overtime during the weekends.
After 6 months of full time work, Paid Time Off of 2 weeks per year will accrue
13th Month and performance bonus at the end of the year
