We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and advertising. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to drive our online presence and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess Marketing Requirements:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive landscape.
Set Up and Manage Ads Accounts:

Create and manage accounts on various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Develop and implement advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences.
A/B Testing:

Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ad performance and conversion rates.
Analyze test results and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Content Production:

Develop compelling and engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
SEO Management:

Set up and optimize SEO assets, including meta tags, keywords, and content structure.
Use tools like Google Search Console to monitor and improve website performance.
Implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings.
Google Console Management:

Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues using Google Search Console.
Generate reports on website traffic, search queries, and indexing status.
On-Page and Off-Page SEO Elements:

Optimize website content, structure, and navigation for better user experience and search engine ranking.
Build and manage backlink profiles to increase domain authority.
Monitoring and Analytics:

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and measure the performance of digital campaigns.
Generate regular reports on key metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
Adjust and Improve Campaigns:

Continuously monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.
Implement strategies to improve ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Additional Responsibilities:

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Engage with the online community and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and advertising.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to produce engaging content.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications.
Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development.
