**Role Summary:**
The Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across our global client base. This role involves harnessing our state-of-the-art Kahoonah Growth Platform (KGP) to craft audience-based campaign sequences, leverage smart automation, and drive high-quality lead flow continuously. Key tasks include building target lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, creating personalized campaign sequences, and integrating campaigns with CRM systems using advanced webhooks for seamless execution.

**Reporting Line:**
This position reports directly to the Client Relations Director.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute smart, personalized lead generation campaigns leveraging advanced Martech and strategic insights.
– Manage campaign lifecycles, from concept through execution to optimization, across various digital platforms.
– Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and client needs.
– Regularly update and refine campaign content and targeting strategies to meet evolving market conditions and client profiles.
– Develop periodic campaign reports and performance updates by client, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment with client goals

**Experience Required:**

– Proven expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and experience in B2B lead generation.
– Minimum of 5 years in roles focused on lead generation and campaign management.
– Strong background in lead management within major CRM systems, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn.
– Experienced in developing personalized automated outreach sequences and crafting effective lead generation content.
– Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively across teams.
– ?Demonstrated success in working within virtual teams, showcasing strong remote collaboration and communication skills.
– Proficient in business-level English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
– preferably experienced with developing and implementing webhooks, particularly with Zapier, to enhance CRM integration and campaign management.
