Role Overview
We are seeking a Remote Programmatic Digital Advertising Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and leveraging programmatic solutions to meet their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding programmatic advertising initiatives, maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
– Understand client objectives and develop strategic programmatic campaign plans to achieve their marketing and sales goals.
– Analyze campaign performance data, identifying trends and insights to optimize campaigns for improved performance and ROI.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure campaign alignment with client goals and performance benchmarks.
– Educate clients on programmatic strategies, campaign performance, and industry best practices.
– Upsell incremental opportunities based on performance.
– Package up and send weekly reports to clients.
– Stay abreast of the latest programmatic advertising trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and offer innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
– Strong understanding of DSPs, ad exchanges, SSPs (Supply Side Platforms), and programmatic ecosystem.
Proficient in analytics and ad tech tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DMPs).
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
– Exceptional communication and client service skills, capable of fostering long-term relationships.
– Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven, remote work environment.
