???? Key Requisites::
Passion for social change and making a difference
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing campaigns or initiatives, and/or sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)

Develop fundraising strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and goals
Identify potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
Cultivate relationships with donors through regular communication and personalized outreach
Write grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies
Plan and execute fundraising events such as galas, auctions, and charity runs
Manage fundraising campaigns, including budgeting, progress tracking, and reporting
Collaborate with other departments to ensure fundraising efforts align with the organization’s strategy
