I am posting again due to time wasters and spammers

Here’s the deal, My name is Hopewell – I’m from Cape Town, SA (timezone SAST) and I run a B2B Growth Agency serving UK & US based companies.

I basically help them generate new leads using instantly & smartIead… I also use a project management platform called Nifty + an automation tool called Pabbly Connect to connect everything so you don’t have to manually do each and every task.

So, I am expecting a baby in a few weeks and I need somebody (who is eager to learn) to help me offload some workload so that I can have a bit more work-life-balance.

I need this so I can be closer to my growing family and provide quality time for my kid as well.

With that said, this position will go from Php 20k/mo to 30k, to 40k in as little as 6 months for the right person.

How?

Because, as I free up more time from the day-to-day of the business, this will allow me more time to actually grow my sales, get more clients and be able to pay you more – hence you can also live a better life, afford a better laptop, internet connection, buy a car – who knows

Anyway. Who am I looking for?

– Must be AVAILABLE for 30 hours per week // Not just flexible but available and focused.
– Know a bit of copywriting, because 20% of your tasks will be copywriting.
– Fast learner + training is provided for the most part
– Self-starter. I don’t need to tell you everything! haha
– Somebody who understands conversational english, not afraid to hop on a call with me at least once per week for updates
– Somebody who is not too chaotic and busy; side hustle, other clients (please understand me when I say that this is not an issue in itself – it only becomes an issue when you become less productive)

Who I am not looking for?

– Somebody looking for a part-time / holiday / contract job
– Somebody who is unavailable and/or does not communicate
– Somebody who is unreliable & untrustworthy
– Somebody who’s a liar
– Somebody who is not coachable or cannot admit when they’re wrong

Day to day in the role:

– Managing a Project management platform – nifty
– Managing an instantly account (building email list, writing email copy, sending and replying to bulk emails & appointment setting)
– Learning Smartlead and doing the same as with instantly (but at an ad-hoc basis)
– helping to create SOPs i.e. transforming video trainings into documents
– Managing our internal automations to make sure that everything runs smoothly
– Other miscellaneous personal tasks for myself as a personal VA.
– Lastly, helping will generating leads for my agency during your downtime
