Our company is looking to hire an individual to manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook. Candidates must have previous experience. Applicants who do not have experience will not be considered for this role.

DESCRIPTION:
Management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on Facebook. As a campaign manager, you will not be required to create the images and headlines for the advertisements. Your role is to monitor the performance of active campaigns and make necessary adjustments. For example; pausing underperforming campaigns, duplicating profitable campaigns, monitoring the results of different testing strategies, creating reports, and communicating these results to the internal team of ad creators.
During the training period, you will receive a step-by-step process guide to perform the campaign manager/optimizer role. The guidelines are clear and easy to follow although unplanned decisions can also be made on a data-driven basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have experience with Facebook ADS.
Must be willing to commit to the required schedule. See below for details.
Must be willing to commit to this role as your only full-time role. We are not hiring individuals who are juggling multiple jobs. This role requires a full-time commitment.
Must be detail-oriented and have a strong ability to follow processes and guidelines.
Must have strong communication skills and be willing to interact with other team members.

COMPENSATION:
This role comes with a flat monthly salary of $1000/USD — plus a bonus that is based on the profitability of the campaigns you manage. Unlike most jobs, your earning potential can significantly increase based on your performance!!!
