Primary Purpose and Function:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Campaign Manager to support our operations with clients in the gaming segment. As a Campaign Manager at Content Lab, you will play a crucial role in executing influencer marketing campaigns on TikTok and other social media platforms. You will be responsible for various aspects of campaign management, focusing on creator outreach and communication. We are looking for a multitasker with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Influencer Identification: Research and identify suitable influencers for various gaming campaigns, considering the client’s goals and target audience.
Campaign Execution: Coordinate influencer partnerships, including negotiating terms, rates, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Content Posting: Manage the scheduling and posting of influencer content on TikTok and other social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance metrics and compile reports to assess the success of influencer campaigns.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with influencers as well as with the internal teams, ensuring all parties are well-informed and aligned with campaign objectives.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, including contracts, payments, and campaign documentation
Requirements:
Passionate about the influencer space and strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
Passionate about the gaming segment
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Available outside of standard working hours
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively, staying organized while working on multiple campaigns simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) are preferred
Please note that this position is an hourly paid, full-time contractor position with the potential for growth and development within the company. The hours for this role may vary depending on the needs of the campaign and may require working outside of standard business hours.
