Campaign Manager & Klaviyo Specialist

Peppermayo is an Australian womens fast fashion eCommerce brand and we are on the hunt for a skilled Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team! As our Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving our marketing efforts to the next level, by leveraging your exceptional experience in Klaviyo, SMS platforms, customer audiences, and working with shopify for basic things like discount codes and tracking.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with an external eCommerce strategist to create and execute campaigns that resonate with our customers and drive growth.

You should have a very keen eye for detail, be highly organised with a strong ability to execute quickly.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of eCommerce growth principles, including LTV, AOV, CAC, and Payback period.

You should be technically proficient, with the ability to navigate and quickly learn new programs and services.

Project management, attention to detail, and excellent timekeeping skills are a must, as you will work closely with our team to manage and prioritize campaigns.

Your immediate responsibilities will include:

1. Aligning our email promotion strategies
2. Creating data and analytics dashboards for in-time reporting on our flow & audience performance.
3. Creating campaign suggestions for testing new audiences that could convert or for micro-testing offers to quick audiences.
4. Reviewing and planning Klaviyo & SMS bump flows.

You should have a basic and advanced understanding of the types of eCommerce flows that should be built out, beyond any copy and paste strategies you could get anywhere else online. Be able to demonstrate an advanced understanding of Klaviyo.
