Schedule: Hiring Multiple Positions, Looking for Day Shift, Night Shift & Weekends

Fun, memories, togetherness and family. That’s what the campground life is about and what we hope to deliver to our short-term and long-term guests. This role will answer the phone, help with making guest reservations & take information for our long-term guest applications

What you have already achieved (Requirements):
Must possess superior customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and guests
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office & general computer efficiency
Working knowledge of computerized reservations systems
High school or equivalent
1-year Customer Service experience
Reliable wifi
STR knowledge is a plus
Canva knowledge is a plus

What you are great at (Responsibilities):
Must have working knowledge of the facilities and Reservations system
Book reservation for guests at multiple campgrounds
Process guest check-ins & check-outs
Assist guests with campground services
Keep Front Office Manager apprised of any issues or incidents that occur and may need to be acted upon
Know and provide accurate information on community policies
Must have a “Guest First” attitude
Communicate with other departments to support customer satisfaction
All other duties as assigned
