Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our real estate agent based in Ontario, Canada. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, compiling customer data, and qualifying customers over the phone and online. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate field in Ontario and possess exceptional English speaking and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads for the real estate agent through various channels, including online research, social media, and database management.
Compile and organize customer data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualify leads and prospects by conducting phone and online screenings, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
Schedule appointments, property showings, and follow-ups for the real estate agent.
Assist in preparing listing presentations, property marketing materials, and contracts.
Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
Coordinate with clients, real estate professionals, and service providers to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Provide administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and document organization.
Maintain excellent communication with clients and provide timely updates on property listings, market trends, and other relevant information.
Assist in managing social media accounts and online marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends, real estate regulations, and local market conditions.
Requirements:

Previous experience in the real estate field in Ontario, Canada is mandatory.
Proven track record in lead generation, customer qualification, and customer relationship management.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools and platforms.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies is a plus.
