The Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic young individuals (aged 16-18) to join our dynamic sales team as interns! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the exciting world of sales, develop your communication and interpersonal skills, and contribute to a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the sales team with lead generation activities, such as research and data entry.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
3. Provide customer support by answering basic inquiries and directing complex issues to the sales team.
4. Create engaging social media content to promote our offerings.
5. Participate in sales meetings and shadow experienced sales representatives to learn best practices.
6. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Skills and Tools Required:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people.
2. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. A keen interest in sales and a desire to learn the industry.
4. Proficiency in using computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French a plus, depending on location).
6. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.
7. Ability to close sales deals.
