This role is pivotal in scouting and engaging potential candidates by conducting thorough research across various job boards, social media platforms, and search engines. The ideal candidate will have a knack for investigative research, a background in the staffing industry, and the creativity to reach out and engage potential candidates in innovative ways.*
**Key Responsibilities:**
•Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job descriptions to conduct extensive searches across multiple job boards, social media platforms, and search engines like Google to identify potential candidates.
•Resume Collection: Proactively reach out to potential candidates to collect resumes and other relevant information, ensuring a good fit for the position and client needs.
•Database Management: Upload collected resumes and candidate information into our database, aligning with specific job openings and ensuring seamless access for recruiters.
•Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, job market conditions, and innovative sourcing techniques to continually improve sourcing strategies.
•Communication: Craft and send personalized messages to potential candidates, effectively communicating the opportunity and enticing their interest in the role.
•Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and other team members to understand hiring needs, refine sourcing strategies, and meet recruitment goals.
**Requirements:**
•Experience: At least 2 years of experience in candidate sourcing or a similar role within the staffing industry. Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
•Skills: Proficient in utilizing various job boards, social media platforms, search engines, and other sourcing tools. Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to create in-depth Boolean search strings is crucial.
•Creativity: Ability to think outside the box in terms of candidate engagement and sourcing methods.
•Technology: Comfortable with using recruitment software and databases. Basic understanding of data privacy and candidate consent.
•Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
•Language: Excellent English writing skills are essential for effective communication with candidates and crafting compelling outreach messages.
•Remote Work Requirements: Must have a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Compensation:**
•Base Salary: The starting salary for this position is 20,500 pesos per month.
•Commission Structure: There is a lucrative commission structure in place for each candidate sourced that progresses to the interview stage of the recruitment process, offering additional earning potential.
