Canva Challenge! (apply for gig leading to full-time)

I am a health and fitness professional who is creating an epic online experience for beginners. I am looking to hire the first member of my team, besides myself. I need a Virtual Assistant who is an expert in Canva, Facebook Ads management, and social media managing. You do not need to be all those things to start. I am willing to help you grow. I’m looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and dedicated individual to bring their intelligence and creativity to this project.

Challenge Description
Initially, you will complete a small hiring challenge crafting visually engaging graphics using Canva to demonstrate your skill. You will be paid $20 for applying. We purchase templates, edit, and rebrand them for our company use. For the Challenge, you will re-brand two (2) templates based on the provided Brand Board and examples of previous work. You are encouraged to showcase your talents and to provide as many versions of a completed template as you wish.

– Hard-working, intelligence, willingness to grow
– Excellent communication and time management skills.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Note: Your permanent role starts with this Challenge Gig. Candidates will be evaluated based on Canva results and time-management efficiency. The winning candidate will be invited to complete a larger, higher paying Gig ($300) which will serve as Step 2 of the hiring process. Upon successful completion of Step 2, you will be interviewed and eligible for full-time status after 90 days.
