Job Description

Hi,

We are a Fitness Membership Site. We serve a community looking to avoid surgery, get stronger, and get out of pain in their bodies.

Typically the clients we work with are fed up with experiencing disappointments in their body and have seen many doctors and specialists before they discover our work. We teach them how to become stronger, overcome pain cycles, and create a lifetime of health.

We’ve been providing our services for 18 years and now building out a larger community.
We’re looking for a VA to assist us in:

– Organizing our documents and images, you will be required to read through our Google Drive Folders and pull out relevant writing copy to repurpose for Social Media posts as well as use in our email campaigns,

– Create and schedule Social Media posts using our content,

– Co-write email copy,

– Select photos for the email copy,

– Co-create sales funnels,

– Project manage our Membership areas,

– Engage with our Members on a every other day basis fostering community building; Providing Live Chat Support on our membership site,

– Utilize Facebook Meta Business Suite to plan and post marketing content created after approval.

We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to joining a cutting edge Fitness Membership Site.

As you review the description, we welcome any questions you may have about the position on our team. The position will start at 5-10 hours per week and gradually increase to 20-30 hours per week over a 3 month / 90 day period as we train you. All possibilities for raises will be based upon work performance.

This posting is for an audition. We will be selecting 3-4 candidates to hire for a paid test project. After seeing your work, we’ll choose who to bring on the team.

Strong English grammar and being exceptionally organized is the first requirement.

Second is having an excellent eye for detail and design.

A desire to build and grow something with our company and understanding our culture is the third requirement.

Qualities needed to be successful:

Integrity- you are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are our top priority to me and my team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or if you make a mistake, please be upfront about it. We are all human, after all.

Commitment – We’ve had freelancers for several business projects over the last 18 years. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will become full time. If you are just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

Skills- can be practiced and perfected over time. We are looking for integrity and honesty in time, commitment to our mission and a desire to learn with us.

Desire to Learn- We are a small team, but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects.
