Canva Image Ad Creator

We are currently seeking a dedicated Canva Image Ad Creator to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing image ads for our products, using Canva, with a focus on seasonal and relevant backgrounds. The role demands a robust understanding of Canva’s platform and experience in creating effective product images for dropshipping stores.

Responsibilities:
– Create high-quality image ads with product images on relevant or seasonal backgrounds.
– Ensure backgrounds are blurred to the right extent, maintaining clarity about what the background represents.
– Add subtle shadows to product images to make them stand out.
– Maintain consistency and quality in all image ads.
– Collaborate with the Media Buyer and COO to align on ad concepts and themes.
– Adapt and respond to analytics to improve ad effectiveness.
– Follow COO’s revision instructions precisely to improve and adapt creatives.
– Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress, review stats of previous creatives, and strategize on what works best.

Requirements:
– Experience with Canva and creating image ads.
– Experience with dropshipping business models.
– Strong portfolio showcasing at least 6 samples of relevant work.
– Ability to add and adjust subtle shadows to enhance product images.
– Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple ad creations.
– Ability to work flexibly and independently with minimal supervision.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Great to have but not required:
– Photoshop expertise

Work Conditions:
– Flexible hours with a requirement to complete all assigned image ads daily.
– Time tracking via Hubstaff.
– Compensation is credited once a month.
– Mandatory participation in team video meetings every Monday.
