Bonus 1: 13th month, paid in December, based on the number of months worked in a year.

Requirements
Hi there,

We are looking for a full time Canva video editor for our faceless Youtube travel channel. Due to other projects we are currently unable to create the videos ourselves. The channel is about to monetize (1635 subscribers and 3850 watch hours) and with your help we would like to take it to the next level.

The weekly work consists of delivering 3 videos of 8 minutes long and 4 videos of 4 minutes long. You will be given access to a Google Drive folder where you will find a script for each video. Based on that script your job is to:

Source the footage from Canva, Google, Youtube and Envato Elements.
Run the script through ElevenLabs to download the voice over
Select and download background music from Epidemic Sounds
Create the video in the Canva editor (based on branded template)
Upload the final video to Google Drive.

You will be given access to all paid tools needed:
Canva Pro
Envato Elements
ElevenLabs
Epidemic Sounds

From idea to upload, it takes us 8 hours to create an 8 minute minute and 3-4 hours to make a 4 minute video. Since you will be given the idea and script already, and Canva is fairly easy editing software, we believe the workload is very doable for a mid-level video editor. This is a result-focussed job, so you are free to allocate the 40 hours per week as you wish. A workweek could look something like this:

Mo: 8 minute video(8 hours)
Tu: 2x 4 minute video (8 hours)
We: 8 minute video (8 hours)
Th: 2x 4 minute video (8 hours)
Fr: 8 minute video (8 hours)

As we mentioned above, there is a performance bonus to be earned. You will receive a full operating procedure via mail/ G Drive to make the videos. If you consistently meet the operating requirements and the number of videos produced, you will receive the performance bonus every 4 weeks.
