Capable Customer Success Specialist w/ cross-functional capabilities

**About the Role:**

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Client Success Manager to join our team full-time. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience while also contributing to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities:**

– Manage client communications, including sending invoices, conducting update meetings, and onboarding new clients.
– Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular updates and meetings.
– Oversee project management, ensuring deadlines are met and internal systems are up-to-date.
– Coordinate with designers and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
– Engage with our brand’s social media presence and contribute to networking and event activities.
– Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
– Support sales efforts by writing proposals and assisting with new client inquiries.

**Ideal Candidate:**

– Must be responsible and dependable as an employee (this includes internet connectivity
– Must be competent with Notion.
– Graphic design experience is a plus.
– Familiarity with working in a marketing agency setting is preferred.
– Demonstrates motivation, organization, and proactivity.
– Fluency in spoken English is a plus
