We are looking for a rockstar full-time virtual assistant (SEO specialist) for ongoing work for 40 hours per week.
This is an ongoing position at a growing online business based in Singapore, which provides digital marketing solutions for clients worldwide.
In your role as SEO specialist, you will conduct website audits, implement technical and on-page improvements, and assist with link building. A major part of the role is keyword research for optimization of existing content as well as for the creation of new content.
Your WordPress skills are impeccable as the job also requires adding and updating articles on websites, updating page titles, meta descriptions, and more SEO related content management tasks.
You can choose your hours, but they must be the same every week and there must be an overlap with Singapore business hours of minimal 4 hours per day. In other words, you must be available for 4 hours per day during Singapore business hours. The rest of the hours you can work outside of the regular business hours.
Required:
– Fluent in English – your emails to others must be professional
– Interested in ongoing work – this is a long-term position
– Fabulous internet connection for uploading and downloading as you may perform simple edits on video files.
– Perfect WordPress skills – you are very confident about your ability to be able to add and edit articles in WordPress.
– Prior knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
– Experience with keyword research tools such as Ubersuggest or Keysearch.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Efficient and work fast.
– Proactive attitude and willing to learn new skills.
Nice to have:
– Proofreading skills
– Writing skills
– Transcription skills
– Experience with aHrefs or Ubersuggest
It’s important that you will never use poor internet connection as an excuse for not getting work done and we are only interested in applicants who continue to work hard throughout their time with us – not just for a month and then start taking it easy or leave the job.
You will work directly with one person primarily.
