Job Title: Capacity Planning Analyst
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Hours: Graveyard Shift

Position Summary:

As a capacity planning analyst, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the production processes of your company run smoothly and efficiently. Your role is to analyze the available resources, equipment, and materials, and determine the optimal level of output to meet customer demand.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Review, manage, and maintain inventory levels to optimize inventory turns.
Monitor and lead destination warehouse assignments for the inbound purchase orders following each warehouse’s strategic plans.
Coordinate stock transfers between owned and 3PL warehouses.
Continuously review inventory levels and suggest to Buying team to push-up or push-out incoming purchase orders.
Execute inventory planning processes including category/assortment planning, open-to-buy, re-orders, closeout, liquidation, etc.
Develop and maintain safety stock levels of each SKU and warehouse Manage obsolete and excess inventory
Collect customer forecasts from sales team and work with Buying team to ensure production has on time delivery
Collaborate with Accounting and Warehouse on inventory reconciliation and adjustments
Analyze capacity constraints with Sourcing & Supplier Manager, MOQs, lead-times and vendor requirements to develop planning schedule
Identify variance of item/category trends based on sales forecast performance and inform respective team
Identifies items that are not beneficial to carry due to the inflated cost incurred from storage, difficulty to flow select product into warehouses, profit margin and trend of item
Working with Allocation team on prioritizing orders to allocate when not enough in stock is available
Work with our freight forwarder to ensure timely shipment clearance and delivery
Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:?The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain
2-5 years of experience in fast-paced Supply, Capacity, and/or Inventory Planning positions
Advanced analytical skills required – able to process and react to vast amounts of data
Consumer goods understanding of at least working with a minimum of 700 items.
Familiarity of Inbound traffic team
Inventory or Analyst task
Comfortable in different or definition term within related to supply chain and inventory management
Knows the difference between master pack and inner pack
Number of inventories turns per yr.
Weeks of supply

Skills/Abilities:

Advanced Excel skills including the ability to work with extremely large data tables, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting and more.
MS Office Proficiency, PPT, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced office environment.
A deep understanding of how to use data to drive decisions.

Camera and noise-canceling headphones
This role requires a long-term commitment and the ability to work the graveyard shift. As we work across different time zones, clear and consistent communication is paramount. You will regularly engage with your team via video calls on Microsoft Teams, so a dedicated and focused approach to work is essential.
