Responsibilities:
As an Amazon Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle on the Amazon platform. Your primary focus will include:
– Product Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies for new products, ensuring successful entry into the Amazon marketplace.
– Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory planning and management strategies to optimize stock levels, prevent stockouts, and minimize overstock situations.
– Supplier Sourcing: Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality products.
– Product Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive products. Use data-driven insights to guide product development and selection.
– Listing Optimization: Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion on the Amazon platform. This includes keyword optimization, compelling product descriptions, and high-quality images.
– Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer reviews, and overall product performance. Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Hours:
– 40 hours/week
– Able to work PST time zone (roughly 2 PM – 10 PM PST). Happy to discuss and accommodate the hours
– Able to work 1-2 hours on the weekend

Trial Period:
Before the full employment, there will be a two-week probation period (trial) during which we will figure whether we like each other and if we can work together. I will pay weekly during the trial period. If by the end of the trial, both parties feel like it is a good fit and match, then full-time employment will be offered.
Training:
Comprehensive Training will be provided in the beginning. Also, there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and the team and myself will always be easily available (especially in the beginning)
