Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in executing our transportation strategies and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new carrier partners to expand our network and meet the demands of our clients.
Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to secure the best transportation solutions for our clients while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
Track and manage shipments to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.
Provide outstanding customer service to carriers and clients, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Utilize our technology and tools to manage and track shipments, contracts, and carrier performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in carrier sales, logistics coordination, or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and clients.
