Position Overview: We are seeking skilled and dedicated Filipino Workers to join our team as Case Manager/Processor. In this role, you will be working directly with clients in compiling and completing necessary documentation. Your attention to detail, compassion, and understanding of the process will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone appointments with clients and answer their questions.
Ensure all required documents are accurately completed and attached before submission.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient application processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the process and communication.
Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, etc.) preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must be detail oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
