THE JOB:
Tech Support and Sales Agent in Lake Forest , CA. This office supports staff, managers, and customers. This position is available immediately. The ideal candidate must work well in a team environment, as well as individually and will work directly with the Company CEO.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn and gain a strong understanding of company products
Provide technical assistance via phone or email
Use computer software to provide remote assistance (AnyDesk)
Document and research all inquires or problems
Test equipment and software
Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan and meet or exceed monthly/annual targets
Identify decision makers among the targeted leads in order to start the sales process
Analyze, maintain, and expand the database of prospects
Outbound and inbound account management
Coordinate with internal resources to ensure that customer commitments are met
Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Enter quotes into company’s internal system
Review orders for errors and provide corrections
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with issues in their orders
Review inventory numbers daily and provide input on moving older inventory
Other projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Background OR some experience with video surveillance / CCTV cameras
Knowledge of IT Networking a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with computers
Able to multitask in a fast pace environment
Strong organizational and followup skills
• Take initiative and work proficiently to meet deadlines with little or no supervision
