Objective: Appointment Setting

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Description:

Follow-up on Leads: Engage with cold and warm leads to book appointments for the sales team.
Client Communication: Follow up with clients via email and WhatsApp to schedule appointments.
Calls for Booking: Make phone calls or WhatsApp calls to book appointments with potential customers.

Team Management: Potential to transition into a permanent role as an IT Business Development Manager, overseeing a team of 5-8 members handling LinkedIn B2B marketing, email marketing, Twitter marketing, and social media marketing.

Daily Expectations:

Appointment Setting: Book 3 appointments per day.
Conducted Sessions: Ensure at least 2 sessions are conducted daily by the management team.

Internship Details:

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 12:30 PM (Flexible hours, task-based work; Saturday reporting with all required information)
Work Type: Remote
Duration: 3 Months (with potential for a permanent role as an IT Business Development Manager after 6 months)

Offer:

Incentive-Based Compensation:
Monthly Client Acquisition – 3: Incentive – $50
Monthly Client Acquisition – 5: Incentive – $70
Monthly Client Acquisition – 8+: Incentive – $100

Incentive Slabs:
Below & Above $2500: Earn 3% incentive.
Below & Above $5000: Earn 6% incentive.
Above $10000: Earn 10% incentive.

Sales Incentive: No target on sales incentives at present.

Qualification Criteria:

Appointment Setter Role: One qualified sale from your own outbound process.
Business Development Manager: Maintaining the average monthly appointments and sales commitments.

Contract Details:

Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Internship Employment contract for a minimum of 3 months.
