Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified bookkeeper with 3-5 years of experience in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial records accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
– Manage accounts payable and receivable
– Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
– Prepare and submit financial reports
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting
– Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy
– Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures
– Provide support during the preparation of tax filings

Requirements:
– Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation
– 3-5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping
– Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification required)
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
– Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with other accounting software
