Certified Nursing Assistant

ABOVE Home Health in Olympia, WA is currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from the Philippines to join our amazing team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant you will play a crucial role in providing essential care to our patients and making a positive impact on their lives.

We are looking for individuals who are currently processing their US VISA or have employment authorization to work in the USA. We will provide a job offer before you arrive to the country so can have a guaranteed place to work and set wage upon your arrival in the US.

Shadowing and hands on training is provided while you are still in licensing school.
But you would be able to work and study.

For those with a Nurse License in the Philippines: you will qualify to work in the USA after undergoing an additional licensing training of 4 weeks. Even if you are processing a Student VISA, you are still welcome to join our team.

Responsibilities at work with our client can Include:
– Providing personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
– Offering medication reminders and checking vital signs – blood pressure, temperature, weight
– Documenting and reporting any changes in a client’s condition on the phone app
– Assisting clients with meal planning, preparation, and feeding based on their dietary needs and preferences
– Helping with light housekeeping tasks like laundry and tidying up
– Providing companionship and emotional support to clients to create a positive and nurturing environment
– Encourage exercising while seated, demonstrate set moves, count and help
– Assisting clients with transportation to appointments/errands,

Requirements
– Nurse License (Required)
