This Project Manager will be a part of our high-level projects from their inception and see them all the way through to completion. We will have multiple projects running at the same time and project manager will need to be able to handle multitasking and prioritization.
*Excellent communication and Team Building Skills — PM will build relationships and work directly with our department leads to discuss project status, help them plan their resources by giving predictability based on upcoming tasks associated with the project, and will be responsible for managing deadline dates and getting ahead of problems that could delay the project.
*Excellent planning Skills — Requirement with the planning phase be building a comprehensive GANTT chart. This will include task planning with input from senior management, identification of the critical path activities, risk management, resource planning (human capital by department), etc. The project manager will brief all department heads at the end of the planning phase to get their sign-off on the timeline and tasks that will come from their team (this implies that the department heads were consulted during the planning phase and are on board).
*Excellence running Meetings — The PM will run our Critical path weekly meeting for department heads to report on current statuses and facilitate conversation around the GANTT chart with a lookahead to coordinate for the upcoming week’s required resources to achieve success on the Project.
*Task Management — the PM will work with our team to get all tasks associated with the project into our task management software of choice prior to the start of the project and will monitor and report daily on task completion associated with the projects.
*Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
PMP or equivalent certification required
Excellent English Skills (Written and Verbal)
5+ years of Experience in the field
Experience with Task Management Softwares, preferably with Rindle
Salary will be depending on experience
Willing to work US hours
