Position Overview:
As a CPA with Medical Billing Experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial processes, specifically within the realm of medical billing. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of financial regulations in healthcare, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL START AS PART-TIME WORK WITH 10 TO 15 HOURS WEEKLY BUT WITH A POTENTIAL INCREASE IN HOURS AS NEEDED OVERTIME.

Key Responsibilities:

> Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses related to medical billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
> Bookkeeping: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.
> Compliance: Stay informed about healthcare regulations and ensure adherence to relevant financial compliance standards in medical billing.
> Financial Reporting: Generate timely and insightful financial reports, providing crucial information to support strategic decision-making.
> Collaboration: Work closely with medical billing specialists and cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

> Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
> Strong background in medical billing practices.
> Experience in using Electronic Health Records(EHR) systems such as Office Ally, and TheraNest, and insurance portals like Availity, BCBS, and Provider Express is desirable but not required.
> Experience in using Quickbooks online is preferable but not required.
> Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
> Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
> Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
