As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO, Bookkeeper and Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a CFO, Bookkeeper and Assistant at Horsman Holding LLC, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our numerous entities and businesses. This position requires expertise in QuickBooks, CPA certification, strong accounting and U.S. tax knowledge, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for approximately 50 different entities and businesses on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations and optimize tax strategies.
Work independently and proactively, taking initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient financial processes.
Communicate effectively with team members, tax professionals, and stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
Exhibit strong organizational skills to maintain meticulous financial records, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Manage and follow up on tasks from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are accomplished.
Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making processes.
Be a proactive problem solver, identifying issues and proposing solutions to improve financial operations.

Qualifications:

CPA certification is required.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software.
Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and tax regulations.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and assertively when necessary.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Proven ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a family office or similar financial environment.
