Job Description:
As our “Champion of Chatter,” you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our clients’ customers. You’ll be the voice behind our brand, providing top-notch customer support, sales assistance, or other communication-based services based on the project’s requirements.
Responsibilities:
Make and receive phone calls while delivering outstanding customer service or sales support.
Engage in friendly, informative, and professional conversations with customers.
Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
