This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Account Management:
– Is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Marketplace Account Management.
– Regularly monitors all Marketplaces’ performance metrics and ensures Account Health is at optimal levels at all times.
– Ensures compliance with all Marketplaces’ guidelines
Order Management:
– Manages the verification and processing of orders with potential issues.
– Diligently creates cases and follows through on them to achieve timely resolution of Marketplace Account and listing issues.
Customer Communication:
– Regularly monitors new customer messages and responds to them promptly.
– Manages inbound calls and voicemails from customers.
– Serves as the primary contact for marketplace inquiries and escalations.
Feedback Management:
– Manages Product and Seller Feedback across all Marketplaces.
– Oversees return and refund requests, ensuring timely approvals, processing, and issue resolution.
– Creates and monitors shipping carrier, marketplace, and payment processor claims.
Post-Launch Activities and Market Research:
– Conducts Post-Launch Activities (checking live listings, setting up promotions, setting up documents, etc.).
– Regularly updates the Internal Market Research Tool.
– Generates insights on customer needs that can be valuable for Product Research and Product Launch teams to utilize.
About You:
Core qualifications:
– Intermediate knowledge and experience in Amazon Account Management
– Advanced knowledge and experience in Customer Service Management.
– Has an intermediate understanding of navigating, utilizing, and manipulating data within Google Sheets.
– Has experience using a Project Management Tool.
– Can easily grasp basics of using Inventory Management Software, Product Information Management Software, and other internal tools
– Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and can communicate clearly in US English
– Detail-oriented and meticulous in task execution and follow-up
Nice to have:
– Basic knowledge and experience on Shopify and eBay Account Management
– Experience with ClickUp
– Experience in using ShipStation
