Channel Operations Manager

The role will be the backend operations for our online partners we sell our products through like Lowes, The Home Depot, Grainger, Walmart, Ebay, and others. You must be OK with thinking on your own solving complex problems. Must have experience in online e-commerce product listing management.

-Conduct weekly analysis of inventory levels at Amazon and 3PL partners and prepare reports for the manager.
-Notify the manager to schedule new shipments based on inventory analysis.
-Perform analysis on reordering materials to ensure optimal stock levels.
-Respond to customer inquiries across all channels within 24 hours.
-Manage inventory in CommerceHub for channels like Lowes, THD, and other platforms, cross-referencing data with Fishbowl.
-Launch new product listings on platforms such as Lowes, THD, and other channels.
-Update product listings if needed such as new literature, photos, pricing.
-Collaborate with a graphic designer on creating new images for listings.
-Serve as a Case Manager, handling troubleshooting and managing cases related to operations.
-Act as the point of contact for Amazon, Lowes, and THD cases.
-Follow up with customer reviews and ensure customer success.

Requirements:
-Availability for 40 hours per week with a 2-hour window between 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
-Proficiency in using ClickUp as a project management tool.
-Familiarity with Slack for internal communication.
-Experienced in Excel
-Willingness to participate in bi-weekly calls during the initial two months for guidance and support.
-Most be comfortable with critical thinking, problem-solving, learning, and contacting other companies support to troubleshoot issues. We are looking for an extremely independent operator who can work with our team!
